Favorite Fictional Guys

It is that day of the year again- Valentine's Day. While many of my friends are getting cute presents from their  boyfriends, while I curl up at home with one of my favorite books. A very wise person once said, "Boys are better in books." I have to agree. Here is a list of some of my favorite guys from Young Adult books:

1. Jace Wayland/Herondale/Lightwood from the Mortal Instruments Series

Jace is the perfect guy: sexy, sarcastic, and he knows how to fight.  He is always there for Clary even when (spoiler) he finds out they're related. I will be happy to see him in the upcoming City of Bones movie.

2. Will Herondale from the Infernal Devices Series

Yes, I am team Will. Will is a lot like Jace. He's very sarcastic and pushes everyone who cares about him away, everyone except for Tessa. In addition, books are some of his favorite things. Come on! Who doesn't like a guy who loves to read!

3. Adam from If I Stay and Where She Went

Adam is the one who is there for Mia after the car accident. He convinces her to live, otherwise he would be all alone. Who can forget the epic scene where he asks her to stay? Even after he lets her go, he always thinks about her and continues loving her.

4. Day from the Legend Series

Day is the ultimate bad-ass. He is the Republic's most loved criminal. In reality, he has a heart of gold. Although, I am currently mad at him because of the Prodigy ending, but that's a different story.

5. Jared from The Lynburn Legacy Series

Jared is amazing in every way possible. He lets Kami do whatever she wants without worrying 24/7. He is the epitome of bad boys with a soft side. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more of him in the future.

6. Percy Jackson from the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series

Percy Jackson has been one of my favorite guys since middle school. He's the son of Poseidon and has possibly THE greatest sense of humor. Annabeth is one lucky girl.

7. Alex Sheathes from the Delirium series

Delirium is my favorite book of the moment. The last book of the series, Requiem, comes out March 5th. At the end of Pandemonium (spoiler) we see the return of Alex. I'm dying to see who Lena will choose. She better not choose Julian.......

So while other girls are receiving teddy bears and roses, I will be curling up with hershey kisses and one of my favorite fictional guys. Who will you be curling up with?
